The Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommends yearly flu shots in El Paso for everyone six months of age and older as the first and most important step in protecting against the serious disease. Specifically this year, the CDC recommends healthy children between the ages of two and eight to receive the nasal spray vaccine as opposed to the flu shot provided the child is in good health condition and there no contraindications to the nasal spray.
